Join the Fun

Our welcoming classes fuse boxing fundamentals with cardio and strength training, designed for all skill and fitness levels. Come as you are – we'll help you find your groove and grow stronger together.

Fitness

This high-energy, non-contact hour combines boxing technique, cardio, and strength training for all fitness levels.

You'll boost endurance and technique through jump rope, heavy bag work, shadowboxing, and more. We provide gloves for newcomers, and we recommend bringing or buying your own hand wraps (we have them for sale at the gym).

Get ready to sweat, destress, and feel stronger – all while learning real boxing skills!

Sparring

Ready to step in the ring?

In this class, you'll have the opportunity to safely challenge yourself and build your skills with a sparring partner.

No matter your level, you'll be matched with a partner who is right for you, and you'll train with a mix of both contact and non-contact drills.

It's a fun and challenging experience that will take your boxing skills to the next level!

Just bring a mouthguard (available at gym for $5) and get ready to test your skills!
