At Cappy's Boxing Gym, we've spent 20+ years building champions - from complete beginners to seasoned athletes. Our expert coaches and welcoming community are here to help you crush your goals, one punch at a time.
Classes
From group classes to private training, every session incorporates essential boxing elements like jump rope, shadow boxing, circuit training, and one-on-one pad work. You'll build strength, improve cardio fitness, and master authentic boxing techniques in workouts designed to meet you at your level while consistently challenging you to grow.
Community
Our mission goes beyond the gym walls. We strive to make boxing accessible to everyone in Seattle.

The Cappy
Club
Since 2005, The Cappy Club has been transforming lives through expert boxing training and community outreach. Beyond the ring, we're committed to fostering physical, mental, and emotional well-being through our youth programs, free monthly workshops, and local partnerships.
Through our Community Fund, we ensure boxing remains accessible to all, offering youth classes, subsidized memberships, and support to those in need.

Recent research suggests that certain types of exercise and rigorous activity can improve daily living and may even slow the progression of the disease.
With Cappy’s Rock Steady Boxing Program we aim to create a positive impact in the lives of our members.
