Cappy’s Youth Program provides girls and boys between the ages of 8-17 with the opportunity to get a great workout, learn boxing fundamentals, and develop valuable life skills like emotional management, self-discipline and mental focus. Classes are an hour long and accommodate youth of all skill and fitness levels. Boxers work on conditioning, core strength, footwork, focus mitts and heavy bags. All are welcome!

In Youth Boxing Classes you can expect:

  • Contact and non-contact options:  All Youth start with non-contact drills. If the Youth is interested, there are options for contact sparring drills as his or her skill-level increases.
  • Convenient Schedule:  Monday-Thursday from 4-5 pm for ages 13-17; ages 8-12 can attend on Tuesday and Thursday only
  • Year Round Program:  Perfect for cross-training, getting in shape, and acquiring skill
  • Additional Options:  Train to join the CBC (Cappy’s Competitive Boxing team), participate in Community Outreach Programs or just get a great workout.


If the parent or legal guardian will not be in attendance at the youth’s first class, please have parent register youth online and sign waiver form.  To do this, hit the sign up now button.
