The gym schedule is filled with instructor led classes to help you learn new skills in a safe environment, but sometimes you’re going to want to practice something for more than a three minute round. So, we set aside one hour per week where current Cappy’s boxers can come and practice at their own pace. Work on your jumprope technique, ask someone to hold focus mitts for you, or just spend twenty minutes practicing combinations on the heavy bag. It’s up to you!
Open Gym is every Friday evening, 6:30pm – 7:30pm. Coaches will be present to supervise your safety, but NO instruction or class structure will be provided.
