ML – I appreciate you all at Cappy’s, especially in terms of your knowledge of the body and how it works. I pretty much always have some jacked up part of my body, and normally I would just skip work-outs when things hurt, but I always know I can come to Cappy’s and the coaches will work with me, let me explore what works best for me, and offer me ideas and options.

Christina S. – “LOVE this gym!  Started coming to “boxing fitness” classes once a week during the summer.  NOT to be confused with “kickboxing”.  This one hour class consists of cardio (jump rope), strength and toning exercises, and you get to put on gloves and punch the bags.    The instructors are great, they provide motivation and helpful feedback.  The music is also very energizing.  After going to a boxing fitness class, I am “done”;  An awesome workout plus I get to take any frustrations out on the punching bag.  Recommend  any one looking to get in shape try a class (first one is only $5). Wayne K. – “I went to Cappy’s to take one of their boxing lessons.  Watching all that Ultimate Fighting Challenge really got the best of me.  Fortunately, Cappy’s let’s you try out their gym for a nominal fee.  The first boxing lesson is $10 and the first boxing circuit training session is $5, so you can choose what type of workout you want.  However, both are very similar, it’s just that the boxing lesson is half an hour longer and they actually give you boxing tips after all the circuit training work during that last half hour.
